TeddiiHikari, also known as the "Gumball Bandit," is wanted for charges of vandalism, criminal trespass, unlawful neglect of public space, and littering.
What happened, you ask? Well, it seems that Teddi was trying to put together the new gumball machine that Santa gave her for Christmas, but things didn't go quite as planned. In the process of assembling the machine, it accidentally exploded, covering everything in sight with a thick layer of sticky pink gum.
Rather than take accountability, Teddi is now on the run, trying to avoid the consequences of her sticky mess. If you happen to come across Teddi, don't be afraid to approach her. She may seem intimidating with her love for all things sugary and sticky, but she's a big softie at heart. Just be careful not to get caught in the crossfire of her gumballs!
If you are able to find Teddi, you can collect your bounty by taking her bounty papers to Nova the bounty hunter, who can be found at the Taurus Bar at spawn.
